CONNECTED  AND  DISCONNECTED  LETTERS

Connected  &  Disconnected  Letters

Connected writing is seen when letters of a word are connected.
We can use the analogy of a stream,  how it passes with its twists
and turns from one piece of scenery to the next, keeping in touch
with all that it passes through. The connection in writing shows how
a person connects or relates from one person to the next.

Disconnected writing is seen when letters of the word are not con-
nected. We can liken this to pools of water which depend on the rain
for their existence. The disconnection in writing shows many ideas
coming from above in the form of intuition. The connection from one
person to the next is still there, but it is a different type of connection.
Instead of a visibly logical connection, as in the analogy of the
stream, the connection is in the cloud that rains into one pool, rains
into the next pool as well. The connection is not unseen, but is not
as noticeable as with the stream.. So, by the use of intuition, the
person with disconnected writing will be able to perceive things about
people that are not logically thought out

Connected

Connected

Communicative

Although you are not very imaginative when expressing yourself, you
are basically an adaptable and adjustable person. You establish contact
and communicate with other people in a purposeful way. Because you
have an understanding of the bond between people and experiences, you
are usually able to subdue, level and smooth out the divergent hostile
forces within yourself or others, in order to keep things running smoothly.
For example, you enjoy and have a talent for introductions and
bringing people together, especially those you think will get along well.
You see similarities in people and view everyone in relation to everyone
else, no matter whether they are good or bad.

Logical

You usually depend on other people (or what you hear them say) for
ideas. By splicing these new ideas together with what you already know,
you come to conclusions and realizations. These insights may be
described as blinding realizations of the blatantly obvious.

Your imagination is limited, in the sense that you can only call upon
old concepts and appreciate things which fit into a logical thinking
process. Anything which does not coincide with your way of thinking
will not be acceptable to you and will be put on one side for consideration
at a later date

Disconnected

Disconnected

Intuitive

On the surface you do not appear to be trying to relate to other people in
the usual conventional manner. At first, you seem disconnected from
everyone else, independent, as though not bound by routine formalities
in social relations.

You see everyone for what they are worth, their intrinsic merit,
rather than comparing them with other acquaintances. You are realistic
in that you do not hold onto preconceived notions about other people.
Although you may appear whimsical at first, because of an indepen-
dence and difficulty in establishing relationships in the usual way, you do
relate to others in an intuitive way.

Socially, therefore, you express yourself to others using many ideas
off the top of your head in an imaginative and friendly way, keeping
listeners captivated. Your inspirations and conclusions are perceived
instantly and intuitively, as though from 'above' rather than logically
deduced or thought out. Therefore you are able to be more individual-
istic.

Although your ideas may be correct, you cannot always explain them
in a logical manner, or say how you reached the conclusions. Thus your
ideas may not always be convincing to others.

Good Balance of Logic and Intuition

You have a very good balance when it comes to using your faculties of
logic and intuition. Your ideas come from out of the blue, then you
reflect on them in a logical way to see if any of them are practical.
Although you cannot explain where you get your ideas, you can
explain your concepts to others by drawing on previous knowledge, so
that others will be able to follow your train of thought and understand
you.
